Newborn Life in College

Well, after I read this website: http://www.phy.ilstu.edu/pte/advisement/advice.html. I have gotten a lot of perceptions that very useful in doing my activities as a College student. I think there are two tips that the most suitable for me. The reason of why i am choosing them is because they have crucial points. If I don’t considerate them seriously, I will wasting my time in college and get nothing.
The first of all is to choose your friends carefully. Friends are somebody who we can share experience with, person who will affects our lifestyle and manner. If they have bad attitude, we will fall into it. We will do it as if it is usual things to do. So make sure we choose our friends then we can grow with pride and happiness.
Then the second one is take responsibility for yourself. In University life, the lecturers are not the same as we in Senior High School. We must do everything independently. Responsibility is the main point that we can’t miss. As Andrie Wongso said that inside of responsibility, there are every words, actions and readiness that tested in facing every problems.

At last, I just can say that we can do all the problems by being optimistic person. That kind of optimistic also must be followed by good attitudes so we can get success in future.

Endangered Animals: Tarsius Tarsier

Tarsius is Indonesian endemic animal that has brown fur. They can be found in Sulawesi Island or Peleng Island. They have big round eyes that are the biggest one of mammal’s kingdom relatives to their body. Their body is the smallest one than other primates have. While other primates have pairs of strong arms and feet for grabbing trees, they only have the little one. Besides of that, Tarsius is the only primate that doesn’t eat fruit. They eat some types of insects, birds, lizards and even snakes. They are nocturnal animals so they very active at night.
Nowadays, Tarsius is hard to find in Sulawesi because hunters like to hunt and sell them in Black Market. They exoticism make their price are so high in there. The other reasons are people usually want them for being their pets. If people stay in these kind of behavior, their populations will be extinct sooner. Our successor also cannot enjoy the exoticism of Tarsius as the real one. Otherwise, if people start to realize that we must keep our endemic animals, this world will be better for all living creatures. People should make preserved rehabilitation or renew the law of Hunting Animal in case of protecting endangered animals. I hope the government and people can support each other to make this problem resolved.
